All my life I've wanted glasses, and all my life I've had perfect vision. Heck, I've even had 20/10 vision or something ridiculous like that. The last time I had an eye exam I had 20/20 in one eye and 20/40 in the other and the Dr. told me they were fine. However, he also told me that when I turned 40 everything would start falling apart, eyes included Well, he was right. I keep catching myself with my face all scrunched up, peering at the world through beady little slits. So, I made an appointment for this afternoon and we'll see if I finally get the glasses I've always dreamt of. You know what, it's ironic, but now that I probably need them I don't really want them. Cruel irony.
