No More Black and White Movies

Well, it's butt-freezing cold again today. 3 degrees above zero, just like yesterday, except today we have some very light snow falling. I wish the skies would open up and just dump about 2 feet down on us, but unfortunately that's not going to happen. Still it makes for a pretty morning.

Got some of the stuff done that I wanted to get done yesterday. Wasted nearly 2 hours watching "Sorry, Wrong Number" with 15yoSh. She's so good to watch movies with me so I really hate it when they're stupid. And the ending of this movie was really bad..."Sorry, wrong number." How predictable was that? No more 50-year-old black and white flicks for us, but at least it left me with a real appreciation for how far acting and movie-making have come.

There's nothing huge on today's agenda. I'll get more *stuff* done (like maybe taking down the Christmas tree--finally) and then it'll be time to get everyone ready for church tonight. I'm really glad that we're unconventional and don't have Sunday morning service.

I think I hear homemade chocolate chip cookies calling me in for breakfast. Tomorrow I diet!
