I thought about being a doula too. My neighbor was. Although she was totally afraid of hospitals and has bouts of delusions along with her bipolar, but hey....

That was a really great list. It seems like you've led a full and rewarding life. I hope I can say the same thing as I grow older. You basically have the life I always thought I wanted. Married young, lots of kids. I still want that, but I don't know how I would do any of the things I would like to without one of those things getting in the way of the other.

Your diary is prety much the sweetest thing I've ever read. I bet you already found mine, but maybe you've been too lazy to search for it. Also, I think you should have had more in your 101 things about your oldest daughter...she sounds way cool.

102. I have an incredible 15-year-old that is really funny but unfortunately has too vivid of an imagination and occasionally trips out without the help of psychedelic drugs. I cannot believe this was not on your list.

Kudos to you and the other women with the stamina for children in mass quantities. I think Son alone should count as 5... I concur about Gatlinburg, and live half an hour from it. God's country. Next time you go, gimme a holler!

Maryville is an hour and a half from Cleveland. My cousin married a girl from there. Saw a bumper sticker today and thought of you and irisheyes70...had Mount Rushmore on it, and said "Homeschooling: You never know where you'll end up."
